I’m a dedicated and results-driven consultant with over 14 years’ experience in health related revenue roles including Billing manager, Business analyst and System administrator of Platypus2 (now known as PBRC). Throughout these roles I gained valuable experience across various health industry sites with the primary focus on exceeding expectations for customer service delivery while ensuring optimum revenue growth. My exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills have assisted various projects throughout Australia including implementation of Platypus2 at Canberra Hospital, Calvary Newcastle and Hunter Radiology, more recently I have actively worked on several PBRC implementations, including Austin Health, Sydney Pathology, WA Health, NSW Health and Calvary Canberra Hospital. I’m a motivational and inspirational leader who enjoys being part of a successful and productive team, and thrives in highly pressurised and challenging working environments.
